YOUR TASKS
- Injection molding machine setup including auxiliary equipment
- Avoidance of damage to the mold and the machine through a structured and conscientious approach to the conversion process
- Process-safe handover of the production line to the skilled workers of the department
- Checking of manufacturing parameters in case of deviation and adjustment if necessary according to tolerance specification
- Reporting of qualitative or quantitative deviations or technical deficiencies to superiors or to the Quality Management Department, respectively.
- Ensuring output quantity and product quality
- Correct recording of quality and quantity data and their timely input into the PPS system
Issuance of production release of set up injection molding machines
YOUR PROFILE
Technical vocational training (process mechanics or comparable)
- Alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience
- Independence & Flexibility
