Your activity:

  • Independent setup of injection molds, removal robots and peripheral devices
  • Starting up the machines after the setup process has been completed
  • Release of the molded parts according to specific quality specifications
  • Process optimization for set-up processes incl. Documentation
  • Recognizing errors in the injection moulding process and initiating corrective measures

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable training in the field of plastics and rubber technology or plastics molding technology

In principle, every trainee has the chance of being taken on after their training. We are very interested in taking on our own trainees later on, because they already know the company and the processes in every detail.

The duration of training is usually 2.0 to 3.5 years. This depends on the respective training occupation. Shortening the training is possible in principle, provided that all requirements are met.

The required school-leaving qualification depends on the desired training occupation. A good qualifying secondary school leaving certificate is required for training as a warehouse logistics technician (m/f/d), machine/plant operator (m/f/d) and process mechanic (m/f/d). For training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d), at least a good secondary school leaving certificate with appropriate knowledge of English is expected. For the apprenticeship as industrial clerk (m/f/d) we also require the specialization of the commercial branch.

Nifco Germany focuses its training on commercial and technical occupational fields. Here we offer, among other things, training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), IT specialist/system integrator (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d), process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d) and Bachelor of Arts in business administration industry (m/f/d).

The training of our junior specialists is particularly close to our hearts. For this reason, there are separate instructors and supervisors for each apprenticeship who will accompany you during this time with us.

Further information

You will network hardware and software components to create complex systems, set up IT systems, rectify faults and solve application and system problems. Advice and training for users are also included. The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and takes place in the company and at the vocational school in Ansbach (1-2 days per week). A secondary school leaving certificate with a good command of English is desirable.

You will get to know all the logistical processes in the company. You accept goods, check them and store them properly. You will also pick, pack, load and dispatch goods. You will also be involved in optimizing logistical processes and learn how to use work equipment. The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and takes place in the company and at the vocational school in Nuremberg (1-2 days per week). A qualifying secondary school leaving certificate is desirable.

You will work in all administrative departments such as production control, accounting, human resources, quality management, IT, purchasing, sales, development, logistics and even two weeks of production and assembly. The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and takes place in the company and at Gunzenhausen vocational school (1-2 days per week). A secondary school leaving certificate in the commercial branch with a good command of English is required.

The training lasts 3 years and takes place in the company and at the vocational school in Dinkelsbühl (block teaching). Successful completion of secondary school is a prerequisite for this.

Would you like to combine your apprenticeship with a degree course? Then complete a dual study program. In just three years, you will obtain a Bachelor’s degree recognized by the university in close coordination with the course content of the DHBW Heidenheim. You will then put the knowledge you have acquired into practice and contribute your own ideas. Prerequisite: A-levels or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences.

A secondary school leaving certificate is required.
